延边消费者对转基因食品的认知程度与购买意愿分析

摘    要:以超市消费者为研究对象,通过实地问卷调查发现,延边消费者对转基因食品的认知程度不高,购买意愿也较低,而转基因食品价格、消费者的收入、受教育程度等是影响购买意愿的主要因素;在此基础上,对加强转基因食品的宣传和管理提出相关建议.

Abstract:The consumers awareness of genetically modified food situation and the willingness plays a very important role in the development of regulatory policy and regulatory development of genetically modified food market. Based on the supermarket consumers as the research object, through on-the-spot survey found that consumers are promoting awareness degree of genetically modified food is not high, purchase intention is also lower, and GM food prices, consumers income, education degree are the main factors of influencing on purchase intention. And on this basis, it puts forward relevant policy suggestions for the strengthening of GM food promotion and management.
