影响美国速生生菜愈伤组织诱导因素的研究

摘    要:以美国速生生莱为试材,探索不同浓度的2,4-D对生菜根、茎、叶不同外植体诱导愈伤组织的影响,进一步探索不同浓度2,4-D、蔗糖和不同光条件对生菜叶片愈伤组织诱导的影响.结果表明:生菜根、茎、叶在2,4-D浓度为1mg/L时外植体叶诱导的愈伤组织各项指标均较好;0.6mg/L2,4-D、20g/L蔗糖、光培养处理时对提高叶片愈伤组织的鲜物重及干物重指标的效果最好,诱导率可达到89.8%.

Abstract:Make the leaves callus of Grand Rapids TBR (Lactuca sativa var. L) as the material,explore different concentrations of 2,4-D on the impacl: of vegetable root, stem and leaf callus, and explore different concentrations of 2,4-D on induction of callus in lettuce. The results showed that the root, stem and leaf of lettuce callus growth best in the concentration of 2,4-D is 1 mg/L,and the influence of 0.6 mg/L 2,4-D,20 g/L sucrose medium and light culture are the best to improve callus. The induction rate reached 89.89%.
