不同精粗比例日粮对延边半细毛羊的咀嚼与反刍行为的影响

摘    要:将日粮精粗比分别设为4:6,6:4,7:3,9:1等4个处理组,对延边半细毛羊的咀嚼及反刍行为进行研究.结果表明,随着日粮粗饲料比例的增加,反刍时间和总咀嚼时间逐渐减少,且当粗饲料比例降至30%以后表现显著减少(p〈0.05).RVI随粗饲料比例的降低也显著下降(p〈0.05),但是采食时间未受日粮精粗比例的影响.从反刍时的咀嚼次数和咀嚼频率变化来看,粗饲料比例在30%以后表现显著减少(p〈0.05),而粗饲料比例为60%和40%的处理组间无显著差异.反刍时总的食块数随粗饲料比例的下降明显减少(p〈0.05),但每个食块的咀嚼时间与咀嚼次数在各处理组间无显著性差异.

Abstract:This test divided the concentrate-roughage ratio of diets into four treatment groups including 4 : 6,6 : 4,7 : 3 and 9 : 1 ,then studied the chewing and ruminating behaviors of Yanbian Semi-fuzz sheep. The results showed that with the increasing of the concentrate-roughage ratio of diets, the rumination time and total chewing time decreased gradually, and decreased significantly(p(0.05) when the ratio of roughage reduced to 30%. RVI also decreased significantly (p〈0.05) with the reducing of the roughage ratio, but the concentrate-roughage ratio had no effect on the time of feed intake. From the changes of the chewing times and frequency during ruminating, the ratio of roughage lower than 30% reduced significantly (p〈0.05), while there were no significant differences between 60% and 40% of roughage ratio in the treatment groups. With the decreasing of the ratio of roughage, the total number of bolus reduced significantly during ruminating(p〈0.05), but there were no significant differences among the treatment groups in the chewing times and frequency of each bolus.
