摘    要:以太谷县"集体林权制度改革"调查的数据为基础,运用GIS技术,通过问询调查和实地勘测相结合的方法获得太谷县林业资源现状;在此基础上,采用经验区划法对太谷县林业资源进行区划;结合当地林地资源特点,从确保公益林生态安全和优化森林资源结构等方面对该县林业资源按区提出可持续发展的经营对策,使其森林覆盖率在2020年达到23.81%。

Abstract:This article took the newest investigation data extracting from collective forest tenure reform in Taigu Coun- ty as the basis to understand the status of forest resources there by using the GIS technology and the combination of in- quiry investigation and field survey. On the basis, Taigu' s forest resources are categorized into three regional zones using the forestry experience zoning method. According to the characteristics of local forest resources, this paper pro- posed the developmental strategies to maintain sustainable forest management in the area from the perspectives of eco - security of public welfare forest and resource structure optimization with the planning object to be 23.81% by 2020.
