偏心—高阶椭圆锥齿轮副设计与传动特性分析

摘    要:根据空间齿轮啮合原理,提出一种偏心-高阶椭圆锥齿轮副的设计方法,建立了偏心-高阶椭圆锥齿轮副的数学传动模型,推导出偏心椭圆锥齿轮和与其相互啮合的高阶椭圆锥齿轮的节锥面、球面节曲线方程;分析了范成法生成偏心-高阶椭圆锥齿轮齿廓的过程,获得了范成刀具的空间走刀位置;结合VB与Solidworks( API),开发出偏心-高阶椭圆锥齿轮仿真加工设计程序,得到了偏心-高阶椭圆锥齿轮副的虚拟实体及其装配模型;通过对偏心-高阶椭圆锥齿轮副传动特性的分析,得到了偏心-高阶椭圆锥齿轮副传动过程中传动比、从动轮角速度和角加速度的变化规律.
