| 摘 要： | 以LF(牛乳铁蛋白)为抗原对BALB/C小鼠进行免疫,利用杂交瘤技术进行融合,制备了3株抗牛LF的杂交瘤细胞,并对其浓度、上清效价、腹水效价、抗体亚类、分泌单克隆抗体稳性定、单克隆抗体分子量等进行鉴定。结果表明,抗体分泌稳定,腹水效价达到106,间接ELISA、Western blot结果显示3株单抗均与FL发生特异性结合;Ig亚类鉴定均为IgG,且轻链均为K链。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to construct a monoclonal antibodies which was immunized BALB/C mice using LF(lactoferrin) as antigens,fused the cell by hybridoma,prepared three hybridoma of anti-bovine LF and detected the concentration,supernatant titer,ascites titer,antibody subclasses and stabilization of the secretion of this monoclonal antibody.The result indicated that secretion of this monoclonal antibody was stabile,ascited titer arrived at 106.Indirect ELISA,western blot showed that all these thre... |
