Abstract:In view of the reality of blind fertilization in the production process of Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla plantation in Longyan City,the effects of fertilizer on the growth and differentiation of six year-old E.grandis×E.urophylla plantatios in Xinluo District were investigated.Main results showed that,the best fertilizing effect was obtained in the treatment that every tree had 500 g base fertilizer which contained Ca,Mg,P elements,then additional with 150 g compound fertilizer that contained Ca,Mg,P elements,250 g(NH4)2HPO4,100 g(NH2)2CO,and additional fertilization with 500 g(NH4)2HPO4 in the second year,500 g(NH4)2HPO4 in the third year.The number of the trees whose diameter at breast height was more than the average level increased obviously in E.grandis×E.urophylla plantation which was fertilized,and positive differentiation of the plantation became obvious.It would be good for the cultivation of big-diameter timber in E.grandis×E.urophylla plantation,if intermediate cutting timely.
