| Abstract: | Orf79 of Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus is the homologous gene of peros infectivity factor of Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus.To reveal the interaction between orf79 and host in the virus infection life cycle,orf79 was amplified from virus and was inserted into procaryotic expression vector,and the expression condition was optimized.SDS-PAGE gel indicated that orf79 was achieved the highest expression when E.coli was induced with 0.2 mmol.L-1 IPTG for 2 h.The recombinant protein was purified b... |
