摘    要:以黑曲霉GSICC 60108为出发菌株,经紫外和电子束诱变处理后,采用纤维素-刚果红平板初筛和新建立的高通量微孔板法进行复筛以获得高产纤维素酶菌株.结果表明:试验得到1株稳定高产的纤维素酶菌株黑曲霉EBR-106;所建立的复筛方法的标准曲线在葡萄糖质量浓度为0~10 mg/mL的范围内线性良好(r=0.999 75)...

Abstract:To obtain a high cellulase-producing strain,the parental strain Aspergillus niger GSICC 60108 was subjected to mutation involving irradiation with ultraviolet light and subsequently with electron beam.The results showed that after the primary screening by cellulose Congo-Red medium and secondary high-throughput screening with newly development of microplate-based filter paper assay,the stable mutant Aspergillus niger EBR-106 was obtained.The standard curve of secondary screening method performed a good line...
