建莲莲心黄酮类物质水浸提条件优化

摘    要:以建莲莲心为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验确定了水浸提莲心黄酮类物质的最佳工艺条件为浸提温度90℃、浸提时间45 m in、料液比3∶100,在此条件下莲心黄酮类物质提取率为0.9882%。

Abstract:Using Jian-lotus plumula nelumbinis as material,based on the single factor tests,the optimum water-extraction technology of flavonoids from plumula nelumbinis was determined through orthogonal experiments: extraction temperature 90 ℃,extraction time 45 min,material-liquid ratio 3∶100(g·mL-1).Under these conditions,the extraction rate of flavonoids was 0.9882%.
