奶牛全混合日粮混合机卸料机构的研制

摘    要:为了解决奶牛全混合日粮混合机存在的卸料困难的问题,研制了一种适用于中小型卧式全混合日粮混合机的卸料机构.该卸料机构采用混合室下部开卸料口,通过物料自身重力下落,卸料时间短、残留率低;其结构中的弧形导板使卸料过程平稳、弹性连接杆使卸料门关闭时密封性好并能抵消震动的影响.结果表明,当卸料时间为3 min时,卸料残留率可达到...
