Abstract:In this paper,the strain BtR05 was identified as Bacillus thuringiensis based on morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,combined with analysis of 16S rDNA sequences.Through comparing the physiological and biochemical characteristics of BtR05 with other 29 known B.thuringiensis subspecies,it was identified as B.thuringiensis subsp.darmstadiensis.The toxicities of BtR05 fermentation broth to the larvae,nymphae and adult of Tetranychus cinnabarinus were tested.The results showed that its t...
