超声辅助提取锁阳多糖的工艺优化

摘    要:以多糖得率为指标,采用正交试验考察超声提取时间、提取温度、料液质量比、超声波功率4个因素对超声提取锁阳多糖的影响,筛选超声辅助提取锁阳多糖的最佳工艺.结果表明:超声辅助提取锁阳多糖的最佳工艺条件为提取温度90℃,液料质量比12:1,超声功率200W,提取2次,每次提取30 min,在该条件下锁阳多糖得率为25.41mg...

Abstract:The extraction rate was used as index to evaluate the results of ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharide from Cynomorium songaricum in orthogonal experiment,in which 4 factors considered were extraction time(A),extraction temperature(B),the solvent volume(C) and the ultrasonic power(D).The results indicated that the optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction were as liquid∶material 12∶1,ultrasonic power 200 W;extracting 30 minutes at 90 ℃.The extraction rate of polysaccharide reached 25.41 mg/g under these conditions.
