烟草谷氧还蛋白基因NbGRX1的克隆与表达特性分析

摘    要:采用同源克隆及cDNA末端快速扩增法(RACE),从烟草中克隆到1个谷氧还蛋白基因(Grx),命名为NbGRX1.该基因全长1 021 bp,编码298个氨基酸,具有典型的Grx基因结构域.Real-time RT-PCR分析表明,该基因能在烟草的根、茎、叶中表达,并且受低温、干旱和高盐诱导.

Abstract:A cDNA encoding a protein containing the consensus Grx family domain with a CGFS active site was isolated using homologue cloning and RACE methods.Quantitative real-time RT-PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis revealed that NbGRX1 is expressed ubiquitously in tobacco including leaf,root,and stem,and can be induced by low temperature,drought and salt stresses.
