摘    要:目的]优化超声波-双水相协同提取海带多糖的工艺。方法]采用丙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系与超声耦合对海带多糖进行提取.苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量;采用单因素试验优化海带多糖的提取工艺。结果]海带多糖提取的最佳工艺为:浸提时间为2h,超声提取时间为30min.提取温度为60℃,料液比为0.019,提取液pH值为5,在此条件下海带多糖的提取率为11.45%。结论]试验建立了海带多糖提取的最佳工艺,为海带多糖的高效提取奠定了基础。
