割前脱粒中收割禾秆的研究与试验

现有国内外有关割前脱粒收获工艺研究中，对已经被梳脱净的禾秆如何妥善处理，逐渐成为当前重要的攻关方向，本文列举了几种处理禾秆的方案，研究设计出了一种新型输送切割装置，分析在接触输送切割装置时，禾秆被拔动一切割－输送－铺放的工作原理，给出机构较合适的结构参数和运动参数。

RESEARCH AND TEST ON REAPING STALKS IN THRESHING CROPS BEFORE CUTTING

In researching the harvest technology of threshing crops before cutting,how to tackle the threshed stalks properly becomes a key problem at home and abroad. In this paper the author discusses several schemes for solving the problem and develops a new type of conveying and cutting system. The operation principle of reeling, conveying and laying stalks when they contact the system is analysed, and the suitable structural and motion parameters for designing new mechanism are put forward.
