| 摘 要： | 以西葫芦幼苗为试材,研究了其在低温弱光胁迫下叶绿素荧光参数的变化.叶绿素荧光分析表明:低温弱光荧光产量(F)、量子产量(Yield)、qP、qN均不同程度地降低,表明低温弱光胁迫使叶光系统PSⅡ活性中心受损,光化学反应的相对份额ΦPSⅡ下降,说明低温弱光胁迫使光合电子传递过程受抑制,光合电子传递速率下降.
