| 摘 要： | 从水稻白叶枯病菌中克隆hrpF基因,hrpF与gfp(Green fluorescent protein)基因融合,连接pET30a( )载体,构建重组质粒pET30a( )::hrpFXoo::gfp,转化宿主菌BL21 (DE3) 产生表达菌株pOFG.表达菌株经IPTG诱导培养,获得了HrpF的GFP融合蛋白.收集菌体通过超声波破碎后,分别取上清和沉淀进行SDS-PAGE电泳,可见116 300 大小的组氨酸标记的HrpF与GFP的融合蛋白条带,与分析软件推测大小一致.该研究结果将促进HrpF蛋白功能研究.
