| Abstract: | The paper showed the situation of fast development of flax production in Nine-three Branchbureau,taking advantage of the optimum climate, modernization production style, scientific management,which making the flax production favourable position in the competition of the market. The flax industry in the bureau was prosperous. At the meantime , pointed out problems appeared and gave some suggestions. |
