| 摘 要： | 渭北旱塬地区是陕西省重要的农业基地和果业基地,同时,也是生态环境脆弱敏感的一个地区。根据渭北旱塬地区14县3区经济发展的18项指标综合考察了本区各县市的经济发展情况,得出咸阳市的三原县在本区的经济综合发展指数最高为69.35%,长武县的经济综合发展指数最低为35.52%,并在此基础上分析了本地区经济发展和生态建设中存在的主要问题,提出获得本区经济和生态互动发展的相关措施,以促进渭北旱塬地区社会、经济、生态的可持续发展。
