| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆有丰富的信息资源，但如何开展读者教育，让读者掌握这些信息资源的技能和方法，是促进文献信息更好利用的关键。介绍了我馆与黑龙江科技学院青年志愿者协会，开展读者教育工作的一些做法，针对我馆实际提出了改进读者教育的几点建议。

| Abstract: | University libraries have a great of information resources, how to carry out readers education and let readers master skills and methods of these information resources, all which is the key to promote better use of literature Information. Here, some methods of carrying out Readers education of our Library and Young Volunteers Association of Heilongjiang Institute of Science ＆ Technology are introduced. The paper has put forward suggestions of improving reader＇ s education. |
