| 摘 要： | 通过不同浓度CaCl2、B9和采前小同天数叶面喷施对月季切花-萨曼莎的正交组合处理，筛选出可使该切花瓶插寿命由5．5d延长到8．0d的最佳采前处理为0．1％CaCl2＋300mg／L B9，于采前10d喷施．瓶插期生理指标测定显示，含Ca^2＋处理液能增大月季切花的干鲜比，是延长切花瓶插寿命的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Cutflowers of rose were treated with different concentrations of CaCl2 and B9,and pre-harvest days on a orthogonal basis. The result showed that the best treatment for fresh-keeping is the solution of 0. 1% CaCl2 plus 300ppm B9 used 10 days before harvest of flowers. The physiological index of cut flowers of rose in vase indicated that this treatment can increase the ratio of dry matter to fresh matter, prolonging the life of eutflowers in vase then. |
