Review on Fruit Postharvest Handling Technology

Research of fruit postharvest handling technology must take the following important factors into consideration: maintenance of superior quality,consumers safety and environmental friendliness,demand tendency of consumers,and costs and economic efficiency.Some fruit postharvest manipulation aspects,including regulation of fruit ripening,controlled atmosphere storage,antagonistic microorganisms,heat treatment,irradiation treatment,editable coating,and nondestructive measurement of internal fruit quality are reviewed and discussed in this paper.
