芬兰作为林业发达国家，多年来一直保持森林资源的高效发展，实现森林的永续利用，重要原因是注重树种的遗传改良和良种壮苗的生产使用。作者介绍了芬兰高效简明的种苗管理、集约化、专业化生产，社会化生产分工与协作，国家的宏观管理，紧密的市场衔接等方面。

Seedling Production and Nursery Management in Finland

One of the most important measures for developing forest resources and promoting forest economic benefits is to ensure the continuous increase in seedling production and further improvement of seedling quality. As a developed country in forestry, Finland has for many years achieved highly-efficient expansion of forest resources and its sustainable utilization, which are resulted from sufficient attention paid to the genetic improvement of tree species and the application of genetically improved planting materids in refforestation. The authors give an introduction in this paper to the management of planting stock production in Finland, the production has been intensive, specialised and marketable under the macro-controled coordination by the government. Meanwhile, some suggestions are made for seedling production and management in China.
