| Abstract: | Aim at the change of the book acquisitioning situation in colleges and universities libraries,this article analyses sev-eral factors which affect the quality of book acquisition of universities: Procurement funds,the principles of purchasing,the quality of acquisitioning personal,procurement channels and means,information of books,the quality of publishing books.So that we can make the document acquisition work more scientific,more rational,and more standardized. |
