摘    要:以11个甜(辣)椒品种为参试材料,以茄门(不耐低温弱光品种,CK1)和湘研1号(耐低温弱光品种,CK2)为对照材料,在低温弱光条件下,研究了幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化及其与植株冷害指数的关系。结果表明:叶片CAT和SOD活性均随低温弱光处理时间的延长呈先上升后下降趋势,而叶片POD活性变化规律不明显。处理14 d的叶片SOD和CAT活性与植株冷害指数均呈极显著负相关,这2个指标可作为甜(辣)椒幼苗耐低温弱光性的鉴定指标。

Abstract:The changes of enzyme( SOD,POD,CAT) activity in leaves of seedlings and the relationships with plant chilling injury index were studied in the conditions of low temperature and weak light with 11 sweet( hot)pepper varieties as tested materials and Qiemen( not resistant to low temperature and weak light, CK1) and Xiangyan No.1( resistant to low temperature and weak light, CK2) as controls.The results showed that the activities of CAT and SOD in leaves increased first and then decreased,but the change of POD activity in leaves had no obvious laws with the prolong of treatment time of low temperature and weak light.The activities of CAT and SOD in leaves had very significant positive correlation with plant chilling injury index in treatment for 14 days.In conclusion,activities of CAT and SOD could be used as identification indexes of sweet( hot) pepper for resistant to low temperature and weak light.
