| 摘 要： | 对分子标记在梨分子遗传图谱构建、农艺性状基因标记与定位、分子辅助选择育种、种质资源研究4个方面的应用进行了综述,并对当前梨树研究领域分子标记研究存在的主要问题和应用前景进行了分析,旨为梨分子遗传研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the application of molecular marker in pear,including construction of molecular genetic mapping, agronomic trait gene marker and localization, molecular assisted breeding and germplasm resources research.At the same time,the main problems and the prospects of application of molecular marker in the research field of pear were analyzed,for the purpose of providing references for the study of molecular genetics of pear. |
