| 摘 要： | 参与式管理的核心就是注重以人为本,支持个人创新,以建立和谐的工作环境为手段,最大限度地发挥个人作用,释放个人潜能,创造个人价值,从而实现组织的预期目标。三江源自然保护区生态保护与建设的目标是通过加强牧民生产生活基础设施建设,提高牧民生产生活水平,进而改善保护区的生态环境,加强保护区的生态功能。本文通过讨论参与式管理在三江源自然保护区生态保护与建设中的可行性及必要性,提出了三江源自然保护区生态保护与建设中的应用方法,让牧民掌握参与式管理的方法,积极参与各项保护和建设工程的实施是合理的、必要的。
