摘    要:以实验室条件下分离培养得到的山毛豆、台湾相思、银合欢、圣诞树和刺槐根瘤菌分别接种山合欢、台湾相思、滇合欢、香须树等树种幼苗,结果表明,被接种苗木都形成了有效根瘤,其苗高、单株重量、生长状况明显高于对照,但同一树种对不同菌株的响应不同.

Abstract:Root nodule bacteria isolated from Tephrosia candida,Acacia confuse,Acacia dealbata,Leucaena glauca and Locust in the lab were inoculated into the seedlings of Albizia kalkora,Acacia confuse,Albizia yunnensis,Albizia odoratissima individually.The result showed that all stocks had formed effective nodules and their seedlings' height,individual weight,growth situation were obviously higher than the contrasts respectively.But same tree species responded to different nodule bacteria differently.
