影响烤烟烟叶糖和淀粉含量的因素研究

烟叶碳水化合物对烟叶的内外在质量有重要的影响，尤其是糖类和淀粉。影响烤烟糖和淀粉含量的因素从遗传因素、生态因素、栽培因素、调制因素四个方面进行了初步讨论。一般认为①品种；②光照、温度、水分、土壤；③施肥水平；④打顶时期；⑤成熟度；⑥烘烤；⑦发酵；⑧生物技术等因素都是影响烤烟糖和淀粉含量的因素。当前在这些研究领域特别是在施肥水平、烘烤技术这两方面取得了很大的成果，还有运用生物技术手段来影响烟叶中的糖和淀粉含量已成为今后研究的热点。但是也存在许多问题尚未解决，如对生态因素（海拔、光照时间、光质、温度和湿度等）与糖和淀粉含量关系等研究还有待进一步深入得到影响烤烟糖和淀粉含量的各方面问题，以期提高烟叶的品质。

Study on Influential Factors of Sugar and Starch Content in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

Tobacco carbohydrate has an important influence on tobacco quality, especially sugar and starch. These factors including heredity, ecology, growing and curing were reviewed. Generally speaking, ①breed; ②illumination, temperature, moisture, soil; ③the levels of fertilizing; ④the time of topping; ⑤the degree of maturity; ⑥curing; ⑦fermentation; ⑧biotechnology and so on were all factors influencing the content of sugar and starch. Science and technology workers had achieved a great deal in these fields, especially in the levels of fertilizing and curing. In addition that by means of biotechnology influencing the content of sugar and starch has become a hotspot in future research. But there are many open questions. For example there are wider explorations in these researches on the relation of ecological factor and the content of sugar and starch in order to find every respect of question about influencing the content of sugar and starch and improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
