玉米穗粗的遗传研究

摘    要:以 4个自选系和 3个常用自交系为母本 ,Mo17等 4个骨干系为父本做 7× 4格子方杂交 ,采用增广NCⅡ设计 ,对玉米穗粗的遗传进行了研究。结果表明 :2 8个杂种F1均有不同程度正向优势 ,以Mo17作父本的优势最高 ;2种配合力显著存在 ,且一般配合力达到极显著水平。遗传模型测验结果表明 :穗粗的遗传符合加性 -显性模型 ;增效、减效基因在雌亲、雄亲间的分配无明显差异。穗粗的遗传为超显性遗传 ,且显性基因为增效基因

Abstract:Crosses were made between female parents, four self-selective strains and three common self-crossing strains, and male parents,Mo17 and other 3 main strains, using augmented NCⅡ de sign, to study the inheritance of ear diametre of maize. The r esults showed that all of 28 F1 hybrids exhibited p o sitive heterosis in some degrees with the highest heterosis found in cros s in which Mo17 was the male parent.Both general and specific combinin g abilities were found and the specific combining ability was significant. The i nheritance of the ear width followed an additive-dominance model. No significan t difference was found between male and female parents in the distribution of add itive and reductive genes. The ear diametre was inherited in a superdominant fas hion with the additive gene as the dominant gene.
