摘    要:以四个杏品种为试材,用方差分析和多重比较的方法,研究比较了休眠期不同杏品种枝条内SOD、POD酶活性变化与抗寒性的关系。结果表明:杏品种枝条内SOD、POD酶活性依次为沙金红>麻真核>华县大接杏>意大利Ⅱ;杏枝条中SOD、POD酶活性与它们的抗寒性呈正相关,即SOD、POD酶活性越高,抗寒性越强。

Abstract:With the methods of variance analysis and the multi-comparison,the author focuses on the relationship of enzyme activity of SOD and POD and their tolerance to cold by four different vavieties of almond in dormant period.The results are: SOD and POD's activities of branch of almond are listed as follows: Shajinhong>Mazhenhe>Huaxiandajiexing>ItalyⅡ;SOD and POD's activities of branch of almond are positive related with their tolerance to cold,the higher of SOD and POD's activities,the stronger of almond's tolerance to cold.
