| 摘 要： | 阐述了生物廊道的概念与内涵; 从廊道生物多样性保护的功能出发, 总结了国内外关于位置、宽度、连通性等生物廊道结构和功能指标的研究进展; 分析了生物廊道在生物多样性保护中的具体应用; 提出生物廊道的设计需要长期的科研监测, 要综合考虑生物和非生物等多种因素等问题, 并给出了对策; 最后对生物廊道的研究方向进行了展望。
