侵入巴斯德氏芽菌对海南瓜菜根结线虫病害的生物防治效果

摘    要:2002年春季,利用化学农药丁硫克百威、氯唑磷、侵入巴斯德氏芽菌(Pasteuria penetrans)制剂,在海南省进行辣椒和苦瓜根结线虫病害的防治试验。结果表明,药剂处理35 d后,在盆栽环境下,侵入巴斯德氏芽菌处理组的根结指数明显低于化学农药处理组,但在田间,各处理组之间效果差异不明显。另外,田间试验中,对照和侵入巴斯德氏芽菌剂处理组的植株均受到疫病的严重危害。说明侵入巴斯德氏芽菌制剂对抑制根结线虫病害具有一定的效果,而且在盆栽条件下,其效果优于供试的2种化学农药,但对其它病害的发生没有影响。

Abstract:By using carbosulfan, isazofos and biological control agent Pasteuria penetrans, we practiced control tests on nematode diseases on peppers and balsam pears in Hainan in the Spring of 2002. The results showed that the gall incidence on both of the plants treated by P. penetrans in the pots were significantly lower than that by carbosulfan or isazofos on the 35th day after the treatment, while the difference on the gall index was not clear in the field. In addition, other fungal diseases occurred on the plants treated by P. penetrans or water in the field conditions. These indicated that(1)P. penetrans could significantly reduce the nematode diseases on peppers and balsam pears in Hainan;(2)the efficient of the reduction was higher than that of carbosulfan or isazofos, and(3)other pesticides for fungal diseases should be combined with the application of P. penetrans.
