摘    要:荷叶在我国分布广泛,既可作为食品也可作为药品,具有良好的开发潜力和前景。介绍了荷叶的生产及分布状况,并阐述了荷叶的药用价值。提出了荷叶产品的现状及产品开发的方向。

Abstract:Lotus leaves,which can be used as food and drugs,are widely cultivated in China,with good development potential and prospects.In this paper,the production and distribution of lotus leaves were introduced. The medicinal value of lotus leaves was expounded,and the status of lotus leaf products and products development direction were pointed.
