胡子鲶败血症病原菌的研究

由患细菌性败血症的胡子鲶苗种分离到6个菌株，经菌株致病力测试、生化鉴定和药物敏感试验，结果表明嗜水气单胞菌是胡子鲶苗种败血症的病原菌，该病原菌对卡那霉素、恶喹酸、呋喃唑酮、丁胺卡那霉素等敏感，而对磺胺等9种药物不敏感。

Studies on the pathogen of bacterial septicemia in Clarias fuscas

This paper descibes the characters of pathogenic bacteria of bacterial septicemia in Clarias fuscas .The six strains isolated from the ascites of the infected Clarias fuscas was shown to be the cause of the disease and death of the fish by experimental injected infection. The symptom caused by the isolated bacteria was similar to that of natural symptom. The strain was sensitive to four antibiotics which includes Kanamycin, Oxolinic acid, Furazolidoneand Amikacin, while it is less sensitive to other twelve drugs such as Streptomycin, Chloramphenicaol. It had been proved by the means of biochemical reaction that the strain belongs to Aeromonas hydrophila .
