摘    要:为了分析卧式青核桃脱皮机中刀片及刀片安装板等核心关键部件的结构强度和力学性能,通过设计和计算确定了刀片及刀片安装板的结构参数,采用UG三维模型软件,创建了刀片及刀片安装板的分析模型,并通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对刀片及刀片安装板进行了静力学分析和模态分析。结果表明:刀片及刀片安装板既可以实现对青核桃的输送功能,又可以实现刀片对青皮的切割作用;刀刃边缘位置的变形最大,最大值为0.509 mm;刀片折弯位置的应力和应变值最大,最大值出现在0°刀片的折弯位置,最大值为114.7 MPa;在工作过程中最大等效应力远小于材料的屈服强度,刀片及刀片安装板的模态分析前三阶固有频率分别为466.99、1 206.8、2 199.7 Hz,而机构的工作频率远小于所分析零部件的固有频率,刀片及刀片安装板的结构能够满足强度和刚度要求,且工作过程中不会出现共振问题,这为研制卧式青核桃脱皮机链板输送机构提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this study, the structural parameters of the blade and blade mounting plate of horizontal green walnut peeling machine were determined through design and calculation, and the analysis model of the blade and blade mounting plate was established via UG three-dimensional model software, and the static analysis and modal analysis of the blade and blade mounting plate were carried out by ANSYS finite element analysis software, aiming to analyze structural strength and mechanical properties of the core components such as the blade and blade mounting plate in horizontal green walnut peeling machine. Results showed that the blade and blade mounting plate could realize both the conveying function of green walnuts and cutting function of the blade to green peels. The deformation at the edge of the blade was the largest, and the maximum value was 0.509 mm. The stress and strain values of the blade were the largest, and the maximum value was 114.7 MPa when the blade was bent at 0°. The maximum equivalent stress during working process was much smaller than the yield strength of the material. The first three natural frequencies of the blade and blade mounting plate obtained by modal analysis were 466.99 Hz, 1 206.8 Hz, and 2 199.7 Hz, respectively. The working frequency of the mechanism was much smaller than the natural frequency of analyzed parts, and the structure of the blade and blade mounting plate could meet the requirements of strength and rigidity, and there would be no resonance problems during working process. These results could provide a theoretical basis for the development of chain plate conveying mechanism of horizontal green walnut peeling machine.
