| 摘 要： | 通过对乐东拟单性木兰种子进行贮藏和育苗试验研究,结果表明:乐东拟单性木兰种子通过干藏和砂藏均能发芽,干藏苗圃平均发芽率46.0%,砂藏优于干藏,达51.0%;1年苗高、地径交替出现4个生长高峰;苗木生长较快,1年苗平均地径0.46cm,平均高11.5cm,2年苗平均地径1.10cm,平均高85cm,2.5年平均苗地径1.70cm,平均高136cm,4年苗平均地径3.90cm,平均米径2.5cm,平均高252cm。

| Abstract: | A study on the storage and the seedling cultivation of Parkmeria lotungensis were carried out.The result showed that: the seeds of Parkmeria lotungensis under both the dry-storage and sand-storage could be germinated,with the germination rate of 46.9%and 51.0% respectively.One year old seedlings have an average height of 11.5cm and average ground diameter of 0.46cm;two year old seedlings have an average height of 85.0cm and an average ground diameter of 1.10cm;2.5-year-old seedling have an average height of 136cm and average ground diameter of 1.70cm;4-year-old seedlings have an average height of 252cm and average ground diameter of 3.90cm. |
