乌苏里貉睾丸组织学结构研究

用普通组织学方法,研究了乌苏里貉睾丸一般组织形态学结构、精子发生各个阶段的划分和生精细胞效率。发现乌苏里貉睾丸组织由曲精小管和间质两部分组成。曲精小管部分可见各个发育时期的生精细胞,包括精原细胞、初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞、精子细胞和精子。生殖细胞位于支持细胞周围,支持细胞发育成熟,血睾屏障明显。曲精小管外包管周肌样细胞,曲精小管之间的间质中可见大而胞质呈嗜酸性的间质细胞。对乌苏里貉睾丸精子发生过程阶段的观察研究发现,乌苏里貉精子发生根据各种生殖细胞形态和精子发生的周期状态,可以划分为8个阶段。支持细胞生精效率低于獭兔和大鼠的,但高于人睾丸支持细胞效率。本研究首次报道了乌苏里貉睾丸一般组织学结构,并对其睾丸的精子发生阶段进行了划分,为研究乌苏里貉雄性生殖机理提供了组织形态学依据。

Study on the Histological Structure of Testis in Ussuri Raccoon
