多抗大、小麦病毒病的野生种质资源

摘    要:经鉴定球茎大麦Hordeum bulbosum L.(苏联球茎大麦和匈牙利球茎大麦,4×)对NCMV、BYMV和WYMV免疫,不感染禾谷多粘霉Polymyxa glaminis Led.。用中国春小麦Triticum aestivum Var.Chinese spring(6X)与苏联球茎大麦杂交,已获得抗病品系。鉴定出簇毛麦、偏凸山羊草和粗厚山羊对BYMV和WYMV免疫,不感或抗禾谷多粘霉。这些野生种质资源的抗病基因已转移到小麦上.

Abstract:The Hordeum bulbosum L. USSR and Hungary(4x) was identified as having immunity to Northern Cereal Mosaic Virus(NCMV), Barley Yellow Mosaic Virus(BYMV)and Wheat Yellow Mosaic Virus(WYMV), and no infective to Polymyxa glaminis Led. The resistance line were obtained from the hybrids of Triticum aestivum var. Chinese spring(6x) with Hordeum bulbosum USSR(4x).The Haynaldia villosa(L.) Shur., Aegilops ventricosa Tausch and Ae. crassa are immune to BYMV, WYMV, and resistant to Polymyxa glaminis. The genes of resistance to the viruses in these wild germplasm have been transfered to the wheat.
