| 摘 要： | 选用性状互补的两个亲本8—1S和香125S杂交，采用系谱育种和花药培养相结合的方法育成两用核不育系金山S-1，已于2004年12月通过福建省科技厅技术鉴定。该两用不育系具临界温度低、不育性稳定、不育期长（〉120d）、米质优、配合力好、异交率结实高等特点。以金山S-1配制的杂交稻新组合具产量高、米质优等特点，具有较广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Using pedigree selection method combed with anther culture,a new genic male sterile line,Jinshan S-1 was bred from the crossing 8-1 S /Xiang 125 S,it was appraised by the Fujian Science and Technology Department in Dec.,2004.It is characteristic of low critical sterility-inducing temperature,stable sterility,long sterility time(>120 d),fine grain quality,good combining ability and high stigma exsertion and outcrossing rate.The F_1 hybrids bred from Jinshan S-1 show high yield and good quality.It shows a good prospect for commercial production. |
