摘    要:文章基于Cobb-Douglas生产函数(C-D模型)对广东省"九五"、"十五"、"十一五"前三年以及主要地区广州、韶关、梅州、湛江、肇庆等5市2000-2008年间的林业(营林)科技进步贡献率进行了测算和比较分析。并对林业科技进步贡献率测算方法、弹性系数方法的确定、实施森林分类经营后广东省林业科技进步贡献率的变化等进行了探讨。

Abstract:With the Cobb-Douglas production function (C-D model) , the study calculates and comparatively analyzes the contribution rates of forestry sci-tech progress in Guangdong province' major areas like Guangzhou, Shaoguan, Meizhou, Zhanjiang and Zhaoqing, the five cities during the period of China's "the Ninth Five- Year Plan" ," the Tenth Five-Year Plan" and the first three years of "the Eleventh Five-Year" and specially the year 2000 to 2005 forest management effect. This study makes explorative discussion on the contribution rate of forestry sci-tech progress calculation method, the determinination of elasticity coefficient method, the contribution rate change of forestry sci-tech progress since the implementation of classified forest management in Guangdong province, etc.
