| 摘 要： | The Experiment was carried out to study heavy metal pollution effect on cucumber POD isozyme in our experiment. The results showed that:the activities of POD in cucumber seeds increased in low concentration treatment,and decreased in high concentration treatment after being treated with heavy metal. The critical band patterns of POD isoenzyme was changed by heavy metal pollution.
