玉米粉中水分测定的不确定度分析

摘    要:对玉米粉中的水分含量进行了测定和不确定度分析。通过对各影响因素不确定度的评定表明,实验重复性对玉米粉测量结果不确定度的影响最大;玉米粉中水分含量为(8.72±0.04)%,k=2。

Abstract:Water content in cornmeal was determined, and the uncertainty was analyzed. And every affecting factor wasevaluated, the main factor which affected the determination uncertainty of water content in cornmeal was measurementrepeatability. The results showed that water content in cornmeal was (8.72±0.04) %,k=2.
