| 摘 要： | 本试验选用春用品种和夏秋用品种为类别,探讨如何组配优良的四元杂种.提出如下几个主要观点:(1)原种的遗传基础对四元杂种表现的优劣起着决定性的作用.(2)在保证遗传基础优良的前提下,先把性状接近或血缘接近的原种杂交为F_1,再组配成四元杂种时有较大的杂种优势表现.(3)杂交原种和四元杂种间的变异呈显著正相关,相关系数达0.597.

| Abstract: | It was used silkworm spring and summer-autumn varieties as the parent variety for knowing how to obstain an excellent double cross hybrid. And the some important results were as follws:1. The genetic characters of parent variety play a radical role in the genetic expression of double cross hybrid.2. The principles of Pairing is to cross two varieties which contain an affiral blood relationship, and then to cross F1 hybrid. In this way, a strong predominance of the double cross hybrid can he ex-peressed greatly.3. There is a notable positive correlation between the variation of Fl hybrid and double cross hybrid, and the correlation ration tends to be 0.597. |
