| Abstract: | As the economy developing,ecological system is destroyed seriously,and the ecological compensation becomes more and more important.In order to prevent the allocation of ecological resource from being twisted, correcting unbalanced development through rules and regulations design for ecological compensation must be enforced.In the paper,the definition,theory foundation,type,mechanism,and evaluation method of ecological compensation are expounded.The developing state of ecological compensation in China is introduced,and some advices to accomplish the mechanism of ecological compensation are suggested. |
