絮凝过滤回收谷氨酸发酵废醪菌渣蛋白的试验研究

摘    要:采用絮凝与真空过滤相结合的技术,回收谷氨酸发酵废醪菌渣蛋白。通过二次正交旋转组合试验设计,分析了混凝剂量、絮凝剂量、废醪pH值3个因素对相对过滤比阻、悬浮物去除率和滤饼湿基含水率的影响规律,提出了最优絮凝过滤回收菌渣蛋白工艺参数。

Abstract:The technology combined flocculation with vacuum filtration was used to retrieve mycelium protein from the fermented refuse of glutamate. By means of quadratic cross rotary regression design, the pattern of the effect of coagulant dosage, flocculant dosage and pH of the fermented refuse on relative special resistance, suspend solid reduction rate and water content of filtration cake was analyzed. The optimum parameters for this technology were provided.
