添喂气溶胶OT对小尾寒羊采食和消化代谢的影响

利用6只1.0~1.5岁、体重(55.3±3.8)kg、装置永久性十二指肠和回肠瘘管的小尾寒羊公羊,收集十二指肠和回肠食糜试验的同时,进行消化代谢试验,研究在粗料型日粮(玉米秸秆67%)和精料型日粮(玉米秸秆30%)条件下添喂气溶胶OT(0.8 g/kg日粮)对绵羊自由采食和整体消化代谢的影响。结果表明,在粗料型日粮条件下添喂气溶胶OT,绵羊的干物质自由采食量增加30.7%(P0.01),干物质、有机物、粗蛋白(表观)消化率分别提高6.8%(P0.05),7.6%(P0.05),7.9%(P0.05),氮、钙和磷保留量分别增加49.1%(P0.01),30.8%(P0.01),53.4%(P0.01);在精料型日粮条件下添喂气溶胶OT,绵羊的干物质自由采食量增加23.7%(P0.01),绵羊的干物质、有机物、粗蛋白(表观)消化率分别提高3.4%(P0.05),4.1%(P0.05),7.7%(P0.05),氮、钙和磷保留量分别增加29.5%(P0.01),49.3%(P0.01),24.2%(P0.01)。添喂气溶胶OT可以提高绵羊自由采食量,提高消化率,增加氮保留,这种作用在粗料型日粮条件下更显著。

Effects of Supplement of Aerosol OT on Intake,Digestion and Metabolism of Small-tail Han Sheep

Six heads of adult Small-tail Han rams at the age of 1. 0- 1. 5 years,with the average body weight of（ 55.3 ±3.8） kg fitted with the permanent duodenum and ileum T-type canula,were fed with roughage-type diet（ RTD）（ cornstalk as 67%） and concentrat-type diet（ CTD）（ cornstalk as 30%） to study the effect of supplement of aerosol OT（ 0. 8 g /kg of diet） on the voluntary intake,digestion and metabolism of rams. The results showed that in the condition of feeding RTD and supplementing aerosol OT,the voluntary intake of DM was increased by 30.7%（ P 0. 01）,the apparent digestibility of DM,OM and CP were increased by 6. 8%（ P 0. 05）,7. 6%（ P 0. 05） and 7. 9%（ P 0. 05） respectively,and the retentions of the nitrogen,calcium and phosphorus was increased by 49. 1%（ P 0. 01）,30. 8%（ P 0. 01） and 53. 4%（ P 0. 01） respectively. In the condition of feeding CTD and supplementing aerosol OT,the voluntary intake of DM was increased by 23. 7%（ P 0. 01）,the apparent digestibility of DM,OM and CP were increased by 3. 4%（ P 0. 05）,4. 1%（ P 0. 05） and 7. 7%（ P 0. 05） respectively,and the retentions of the nitrogen,calcium and phosphorus was increased by 29. 5%（ P 0.01）,49. 3%（ P 0. 01） and 24. 2%（ P 0. 01） respectively. It was concluded that supplement of aerosol OT to rams may increase the voluntary intake,digestibility which will bring out its higher deminant effect in the condition of suplement of roughage-type diet.
