基于花器官特征的欧洲李亲缘关系分析

为探索新疆野生欧洲李与几类栽培欧洲李之间的亲缘关系,对新疆野生欧洲李、塔城酸梅、伽师酸梅和国外引进欧洲李品种的30个欧洲李单株花器官特征的24项指标进行了测定与对比分析。结果显示,野生欧洲李与栽培欧洲李在其中22项花器官特征及花粉量指标上均具有不同程度的多样性,而花冠因子、花粉量因子、花药因子、花瓣因子和花瓣-雌蕊数量因子是造成这种差异的5个主要因子。聚类分析显示,在花器官形态特征及花粉量上,野生欧洲李与伽师酸梅的关系最近,其次与大部分塔城酸梅及塔城槟子的关系比较近,而与国外引进欧洲李品种及其他塔城槟子的关系最远。

Analysis on Prunus domestica Phylogenetic Relationship Based on Floral Organ Characteristics

The purpose of this paper was to explore the genetic relationships between Prunus domestica in Xinjiang and several classes of cultivation Prunus domestica,the 24 indexes of floral organ Characteristics of Prunus domestica in Xinjiang,Tacheng Smoked Plum,Jiashi Smoked Plum and abroad Prunus domestica varieties were measured and comparative analysis was conducted for the 30 Prunus domestica plants. The results showed that there were different diversities of 22 floral organ characteristics between Prunus domestica and cultivated Prunus domestica.However,the different diversities were caused by the five factors such as corolla factor,pollen amount factor,anther factor,petal factor and petal-pistil number factor. As for floral organ characteristics and pollen amount indexes,cluster analysis showed that Prunus domestica had the closest phylogenetic relationships between Prunus domestica and Jiashi Smoked Plum,followed by a closer phylogenetic relationships between majority Tacheng Smoked Plum and Tacheng binzi secondly,while the farthest phylogenetic relationships between abroad Prunus domestica varieties and other Tacheng binzi.
