品种与土壤类型互作对烤烟主要性状和品质的影响

目的]探讨品种和土壤类型互作对烤烟品质的影响。方法]在改良水稻土(加入10%稻壳)和水稻土中种植4种烤烟品种,对各处理烟株农艺性状、经济性状、烟叶外观质量、主要化学成分和感官质量等进行分析与比较。结果]各品种在改良水稻土中的综合农艺性状好于其在水稻土中的,其各项经济性状都比其在水稻土中的对应经济性状高。在改良水稻土中表现最好的品种为9601,在水稻土中表现最好的品种为云烟87。品种与土壤互作效应显著。不同品种在改良水稻土中的原烟外观质量总体好于其在水稻土中的。改良水稻土中各品种的化学成分较为协调,各品种间相差不大,水稻土中各品种的化学成分有一定的差异。结论]品种和土壤类型互作对烤烟的农艺性状、经济性状和烟叶质量影响显著。

Effects of Interaction between Variety and Soil Type on the Main Characters and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco

Objective]The purpose was to discuss the method of extracting theine from tea.Method]With 4 tea varieties produced in Hanzhong of Shaanxi as tested materials,the theine was extracted from tea by Soxhlet extraction and the structure of theine was characterized by infrared spectrometer to study the influence of tea variety on theine yield.Result]The tea variety had bigger influence on theine yield.The theine yield from the low-grade tea Dayeqing(1.32%) was much higher than that from the high-grade tea special-grade Hanshuiyinsuo(0.51%).Different teas had different theine contents and the theine content in low-grade tea was higher than that in high-grade tea.Hanzhong tea tasted fresh and pure,it was mainly because its theine content was lower than that in common tea.Conclusion]The theine could be extracted from tea effectively by Soxhlet extraction and the operation technology was simple and feasible.
